Live Streaming Yoga with Tess

 

Hi Everyone!

 

Thank you so much for signing up for my newsletter! Thank you for coming to my new Zoom live streaming classes this last week! I am so grateful for the opportunity to expand our comfort zones, think outside the box, and keep teaching yoga! I am learning so much and I hope you are too.

 

This at home transition is really starting to sink it. To think of this last week staying home and social distancing from our everyday norm, i.e., not going out to dinner, not seeing you all in classes, not sweating in the studio, not seeing my friends, etc.. has been tough! It’s a home sick feeling in a reverse way… And yet, I am so grateful to have time to practice yoga, reorganize, meditate, connect with you on a different platform, and have this rejuvenating time with my family. There is comfort in this quiet and uncertain transition.

 

Let’s gather together on Tuesday, March 24th at 9:30am and/or 5:15pm! The Meeting Link, ID, and Password for Tuesday's class if you are on my list. Feel free to share this link to invite your friends and/or family. All are welcome! Tuesday’s classes will be gentle for the body, nourishing for the mind, and fluid for the energy system. If you are on my list, you will receive the link for each class. If you are not, email and I will add you. Please text me if you don’t receive the link. Each link for each class is different. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get started. Classes are 40 minutes.

 

If you can’t make Tuesday, here are more opportunities:

 

Thursday, March 26th 9:30am & 5:15pm Slow Flow with weights (optional)

Saturday, March 28th 9:30am Slow Flow 

Sunday, March 29th 11am Yin (let me know if you would like to practice with me at 9:30am on Sunday and I will add the class.)

 

Let’s make the most out of this new transition together. Connection and yoga, taking care of the mind, body, and spirit, is so crucial during this time. Let’s keep our anxiety and stress levels at bay. We are empowering ourselves through these healing modalities not just for ourselves but for each other.

 

Also, I am sending out the East Wind Yoga newsletter in the next day or so. There will be many more opportunities to practice with East Wind Yoga teachers via online streaming. You can find the newsletter through email (If we have your email) or on the East Wind Yoga Facebook page.
