Infinite Possibilities - Day 8

I’m finding myself in a quandary about whether or not to spend a rather large sum of money on a business venture. I’m putting this out there to the Universe, asking, “Is this the right, next step for me?” “Do I or don’t I?” “Please send me a sign!” The quality of the questions you ask determine your results.

Steve Jobs asked, “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I’m about to do today?” Now that’s a quality type question that makes me deeply contemplate this decision. Sunday evening I spent quite some time listening to a video about how to grow your yoga business, increase your income, and secure amazing clients. I set up a call for this morning and spoke to a lovely woman in Chicago. She asked all the right questions, pumped me up about my yoga future and where I can take this journey. I’m In, let’s do it. I put a deposit down…and I said I needed to speak with my spouse before I am fully in. All day I’ve been searching for signs. This is a lot of money and not to be taken lightly. For me it’s a risk and a trust process. I have until 5pm tomorrow to research, talk to some business savvy friends, trust I will see a clear sign, and make a heartfelt decision.

This pondering feeling reminds me of when I felt unsure about attending a 600 hour yoga teacher training with Ana Forrest. I contemplated for weeks and made a life changing decision. I will be grateful until my last breath, I took the time to listen deeply within and made the decision to go. “When you become comfortable with uncertainty, infinite possibilities open up in your life.” - Eckhart Tolle

My meals: AM, smoked salmon, lemon slices, lemon juice, capers, and a pinch of salt and pepper. So deliciously yummy and not oatmeal! The chocolate milk I made marinated in the refrigerator for ten hours. I poured it into the blender and that was my smoothy this morning. It was frothy, satisfying, and weird. I had to add almond milk to make it a little more milky and sweet. Find the recipe at Will Frolic for Food. I snacked on homemade protein packed almond butter balls and it was a guilt-free sweet treat. It’s 2 cups medjool dates, 1/4 tsp. sea salt, 1 tsp good vanilla extract, 1/4 cup raw almond butter, 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes, 1/4 cup hemp seeds. Roll into tiny sized balls and enjoy chilled or frozen. It was a two thumbs up snack! Lunch was leftover vegetable medley and shrimp. I drank a coconut water as a snack and for dinner I met my family at Pieology. I had a 100% vegan, gluten free pizza and it was wonderful! I look forward to making this at home.

Tonight I will keep contemplating why this business opportunity manifested into my life. Maybe it’s time to ask myself better questions to actualize my grandest, wildest visions of 2017!
